Mailing Lists

Mailing lists – these are sets of contacts. Such lists make sending of messages to groups of individuals easy. For example, if messages are often sent to the marketing department, it is convenient to create marketing lists named "Marketing Department", which include the names of all employees of this department. Message sent for marketing lists will be sent to all recipients listed in the mailing list. Mailing lists can be used for messages, orders, fax marketing, direct marketing and other type of messages. You can add names to the list and delete them; you can send a list to other users, and print it. Such lists are indicated and stored by default in the Contacts folder that allows you to sort them and assign them to categories.

If you use Microsoft Exchange Server, Global Address List can contain global distribution lists, available to all users of the network. Personal business lists are created in Contacts folder and available only for one user, but can be copied and sent to other users. Message or meeting invitation can be sent only to part of the business lists; you just need to allocate members of the list by clicking the plus sign (+) next to the name list, and then delete unwanted names. In fax marketing, as in mailing, a lot depends on the message itself. It does not require the use of expensive full-color printing and materials - for faxing all of these features will be leveled.
